International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc.
Presidents Club

Purpose

The International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Presidents Club, established 1983, consisting of the Presidents of professional hypnosis organizations, collectively recommends to the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Board of Directors their organizations' visionary ideas and expectations of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame and Museum.

Policies

It is the policy of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Presidents Club to provide our professional colleagues a channel to voice their ideas and expectations to a central point, the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame. Through the efforts of the prestigious International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Presidents Club, it will become historically valuable to the hypnosis profession and to the Hypnosis Museum.

Goals

  1. Have a voice in the future of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame and Museum.
  2. Provide a direct line of communication to the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Board of Directors through the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc.
  3. Have representation from each professional hypnosis organization in the building of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Museum.
  4. Provide a centralized collection of ideas and expectations of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame and the profession.
  5. Provide the profession with a centralized communication forum, as presented in 1983.

Structure

  1. The Director of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Presidents Club will be an appointed position, selected by the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Board of Directors for an undetermined term of office.
  2. The Director shall oversee the day to day management of the Club, under the scrutiny of, and monitored by, the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc.
  3. Most contact with the membership of the Presidents Club will be accomplished by telephone, e-mail, or postal service, and at the Annual Meeting at the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Convention.
  4. Membership in the Presidents Club will consist of presidents from active and recognized hypnosis organizations. A recognized hypnosis organization is: an organization that the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Board of Directors has accepted as a professional, active organization listed on their register.
  5. Participation in the Presidents Club will be, and has been, by invitation only. Invitations will be sent to all presidents of recognized hypnosis organizations.

International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc.
Cabinet of Hypnotherapists

Purpose

This assembly of hypnotherapists collectively recommends to the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Advisory Board their visionary ideas and expectations of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame and the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Hypnosis Museum.

Justification

The International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. truly endorses the idea that the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame belongs to everyone in the profession. The Cabinet of Hypnotherapists is a vehicle to collectively get involved. It is a vehicle to hear ideas and expectations for an International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Museum, and provides the Advisory Board with a constant input of ideas to get the Museum opened.

Membership Requirements

All hypnotherapists are invited to join. The only requirement is an interest in accomplishing the goals of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame and Museum.

Meetings

Once per year at the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Convention. Other communication by e-mail and postal service.

Advantages of Participation

  1. Active participation in building the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Hypnosis Museum.
  2. Listing on the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Web site.
  3. Permission to use "Member of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild, Inc. Cabinet of Hypnotherapists" on their stationery, business cards, flyers, advertisements, etc.
  4. Participate in a worthwhile cause of the profession.
