Elsom Eldridge Jr., EdM, DNGH, OB
Elsom was an avid reader and bibliophile, it’s hard to imagine him without his collections of books. He attended Harvard University, where he attained his master’s in education. Elsom was a church organist, musical director, magician, entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and author and seen by many as an authority in exam preparation and marketing and went on to become The Consultant’s Consultant. He was the author of numerous courses and publications and his best-known book, The Obvious Expert. As a public speaker he also produced over 10,000 seminars and conventions, positively impacting the lives of over a million participants. For the past 35 years he had been the Director of the NGH Annual Convention.
Dr. Dwight Damon, DC, DNGH, OB
A founding member of the National Guild of Hypnotists in 1950, Dr. Damon started his career with Dr. Rexford L. North at the Hypnotism Center in Boston. A charter member of NGH and IHA, he is the author and co-author of numerous articles and books on hypnotism and motivation. He has also maintained very successful careers as a Doctor of Chiropractic, television personality, motivational author/speaker and theatrical entrepreneur. President of the Guild, Dr. Damon is Editor of the Journal of Hypnotism, Hypno-Gram, and Hypnosis Today. He is also President of NFH 104 OPEIU, AFL/CIO/CLC.

Maurice Kershaw , MA, FNGH, BCH, OB
Maurice Kershaw is a hypnotherapist and college professor in Montreal, Canada, and has been in the hypnosis field since 1952, when he founded the Canadian Institute of Hypnotism, a full-service therapy center. Mr. Kershaw taught full credit courses of NGH since 1952. He is Chairman of the NGH Board Certification Committee and recipient of the Rexford L. North Trophy for 2001.
